MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

Yes! We ask that everyone brings their normal food during boarding. We try to accommodate your pet's regular schedule during their stay!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?

Please bring your pet's regular food, medications if necessary and vaccination records for their file. Bedding and toys are welcome! We do provide blankets and bowls.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

Pictures and updates with be sent via text message! Upon your approval, their photos will also be seen on our Facebook page.

WHAT IF MY PET HAS SEPARATION ANXIETY OR IS KNOWN TO BE AGGRESSIVE?

Please do not bring pets that knowingly have these behaviors. If your pet does not crate well then in home care will best benefit your pet's needs. We try to maintain a calm and safe atmosphere for our guests and staff. Damages are also at the owner's expense.

CAN MY PET'S MEDICAL NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

Absolutely! Brittany and Jayme both worked in the veterinary field for over eight years. We have several clients with medications, those that require insulin, wound care and wheelchair bound.

Monday-Friday AT 6PM SHARP

Saturday-Sunday AT 4PM SHARP

*You can inquire about a 9am check-in or pickup, but this is not guaranteed. We typically operate at max capacity and early check-in is not available.

WILL MY DOG INTERACT WITH OTHER DOGS?

Group play is an additional service. It is not included during boarding unless requested. Daycare pets do have routine group play times. Your pet is only allowed to participate during group play if they have met our behavioral standards.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SUITE AND REGULAR KENNEL?

A suite is 5'x8' with a doggy door to a private outdoor run.

A regular kennel is 5'x6' and has no doggy door.

All pets are given access to our fenced in yards multiple times per day.
